Hugo Newman from Sydney's Northern Beaches, kicked off his clothing journey by curating standout vintage clothing, handpicking unique pieces and selling them online. Inspired to blend classic vintage styles with modern-day vibes the Scumdon seed was planted. In late 2023, Hugo was first introduced to progessive house music, he later came across the producer by the name of "Scumfrog" which later became the inspiration of "Scumdon". Hugo's first designs were taking shape from the non-stop sketches produced during a science class. What started as a bit of fun quickly grabbed the attention of his mates. By mid-2024, he was all in, ready to turn his creative vision into a real project. With support from his friends and family Hugo was pumped to get his first collection into production. He's keen to see what you think, and amped to start production on more designs. So keep your eyes peeled, there’s definitely more to come.
