Refund policy

Returns Policy:

• Returns: Items can be returned within 14 days from the original purchase date. To qualify, the item must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact.

• Sale Items: Items bought on sale are not eligible for a refund but can be exchanged within 14 days.

• Shipping Costs: The original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return or exchange shipping fees.

Return Process: To start a return or exchange, email info@scumdon.com with the subject "Return/Exchange Request - [Order Number]" and include details of the item and reason for the return/exchange.

Approval Process: Once your return or exchange is received, we will inspect it and notify you via email whether your request has been approved or declined.

Refund Process: If approved, you will receive further instructions for your return or exchange. For exchanges, the amount paid for the original item will be the value applicable to the replacement item.
